Absolute shocking service from Bristol Temple Meads was due to get on the 13:45 train to Plymouth was so full people were nearly falling out the doors! Was then told to go to platform 6 for the 14:45 train to Plymouth only to be told to go back to platform 10 @CrossCountryUK.
@CrossCountryUK Shame on you. I’ve had to phone your journey assistance line this morning to get help for my 83yo Mum who is travelling on Monday. The call is going to cost me £50. Why aren’t you using a freephone number/at least one that’s included in standard mobile plans.
