@pnh @CleverTitleTK @tnielsenhayden I have 2 German families that did split (CT, WI, and OH for one; MN and CT for the other). Solid paper trails but only one branch stuck with cousins. The other 2 sibs were alone in different states. I did explore their associates and neighbors. Nothing. No idea why they split.
