Complex, morally ambiguous, and more emotional. Authentically human. Dispensing justice to the abandoned. Win by evolving. #RainOnGlass#TrekkieFugitive
@rogerecoff Relying on confirmation from the Spirit of God seems like a much better idea than on the philosophies of men. Thank you for making Mormons look much better than whatever you believe
This man has posted 33 times about the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints in the past week. He’s made 36ish posts… sounds like he’s the one who “won’t just leave us alone” like a creepy exgirlfriend
@JasontheLayman I always find this line of reasoning odd as every word of the Biblical texts is negotiable and has been altered to produce what you currently read—and still continues to be altered. It’s a bizarre double-standard.
As one who has carefully observed the behaviors of apostates and those that eventually return…
I have a strong suspicion Zac will not repent.
When I was an apostate, there were still some lines I wouldn’t cross — some lines that for some reason, deep down I knew I shouldn’t cross. And I never did.
If you’ve crossed those lines, you’ve broken a part of your soul that cannot be repaired. You cannot get a new name. You have surrendered your white stone to the devil. He will always have power over you.
And for that, we can mourn, seeing such a clown make such foolish choices so brazenly that will literally have eternal consequences.
Been thinking about this talk today.
“Would we look at those around us and say… ‘I’m glad Brother Brown is here. He really needs to hear this message’? Or would we… look inward and ask that penetrating question: ‘Is it I?’”
It’s definitely me. Almost always.
