In line with Tata Motors’ commitment to customer service and satisfaction, you stated that you have already offered me the best possible solution. If you had truly honored that commitment, I would not have needed to bring this matter to social media and inform others about Tata’s shortcomings. Please respond point by point to my emails and our telephone conversations, and, if you have already done so, repeat your replies here:
1. Please provide the vehicle’s complete logistics details. I have not received them by email, nor have you sent me a hard copy.
2. Please furnish all of the vehicle’s PDI (Pre-Delivery Inspection) records—from the manufacturing unit to the dealership—in digital format.
3. Please supply the quality-control documents for the tappet cover, which your sticker indicates was verified one year ago (December 2024). If any re-verification was conducted, include those documents as well.
4. Please give written assurance that, should any engine-related problem recur within the first 25,000 km, Tata Motors will replace the engine without question.
5. Please provide a written statement accepting full liability for any accident or loss of life to me or my family arising from any engine-related failure.
6. I purchased an extended warranty; please refund that fee and, in light of my special circumstances, grant me a two-year extended warranty from Tata Motors free of charge.
I have repeatedly made these demands to your MD & CEO, Mr. Shailesh Chandra, and received only unsatisfactory, incomplete replies from Mr. Ankur Saxena. If Tata Motors has taken any action on the above points, please clarify here on this social platform—or state that my demands are unfounded.

@TataMotors
We were about to leave delhi for Panipat & car is frozen. This in on record probably 4th time that he’s faced similar problems. Not getting support from dealer or helpline. On top of this they want to charge extra service charge!? @TeamBHPforum
