LIFEMAXXING for chuds

- build an insane metabolism (lose weight on 3k calories, become a sugar burning machine)
- sugar-maxx (fruits, chocolate milk and honey)
- low-volume high-intenisty training (mog everyone while doing less)
- thyroid-maxx (the source of energy and life)
- sun-maxxing (aesthetic tan and elite circadian rhythm)
- magnesium, b-complex, taurine (mog on a cellular level)
- work hard, rest and play even harder
- crush your goals with your newfound energy (nothing can stop you)
- socialize with EVERYONE
- coffee, L-theanine, cream, sugar, collagen
- walk more in nature, literally lay in grass for 20 minutes
- NEVER STRESS

Niacinamide (vitamin B3) reversed all signs of skin aging in a clinical trial.

People applied a "pea sized" amount of 5% niacinamide to the face 2x a day.

After 12 weeks:

◇ Reduced age spots
◇ Less wrinkles
◇ Improved yellowing
◇ Greater elasticity

Supplying sufficient NAD+ is the key here:

➜ Direct antibacterial / antifungal
➜ Antioxidant effects
➜ Energy metabolism
➜ Supports DNA repair
➜ Anti-inflammatory effects
➜ Inhibits cell senescence

🐝 Long before modern antibiotics, nature had its own powerful defense.
This classic book explores propolis — a remarkable substance from the beehive, used by humans since recorded history for protection, healing, and resilience.

📖 Learn how this rediscovered gift of nature has been valued for its antibacterial and protective properties across civilizations and time.

Keeping bees is one of the best ways to extend your life...

Bee products are incredibly healthy...raw honey, propolis, pollen, royal jelly.

Bee buzzing also emits very healing frequencies

Bee keeping is associated with a longer life and longer telomeres

Reasonable evidence that nitrate supplements (e.g., beetroot, etc.) can enhance power (and to a lesser extent, strength and sprint speed) in young (18-30 y) females.

This makes intuitive sense, given the main idea is enhanced blood flow, and peak force/velocity aren't dependent upon that.

Nitrates likely have a larger impact on things further down the endurance spectrum.

Egzersiz ve Alzheimer: Vücudunu Hareket Ettirmek Beynini Nasıl Korur ?

4. BDNF, hafıza devrelerini korur
Egzersizin artırdığı BDNF, hipokampusun boyutunu ve hafıza performansını yükseltir; Alzheimer’da görülen hipokampal küçülmeye karşı koyar.
5. Egzersiz nöroinflamasyonu azaltır
Kronik beyin iltihabı Alzheimer patolojisini hızlandırır. Egzersiz, mikroglia aktivitesini düzenler ve yaşlanan beyinde inflamatuvar sinyalleşmeyi azaltır.
6. Daha iyi miyelin, daha iyi biliş
Alzheimer, erken dönemde beyaz madde hasarıyla ilişkilidir. Egzersiz miyelinizasyonu destekleyerek sinirsel iletişimi ve bilişsel dayanıklılığı artırır.
7. Daha güçlü kan–beyin bariyeri = daha az amiloid birikimi
Egzersiz, kan–beyin bariyerinin bütünlüğünü iyileştirir ve Alzheimerın ayırt edici özelliği olan amiloid-beta’nın temizlenmesini artırır.
8. ApoE4 riski kader değildir
Egzersiz, ApoE işlevini stabilize eder, beyin hücrelerinde kolesterol dengesini destekler ve genetik olarak risk altındaki bireylerde bile Alzheimer’la ilişkili hasarı azaltabilir.
Egzersiz yalnızca yaşlanmayı yavaşlatmaz; Alzheimer’ın temel mekanizmalarını hedef alır.

Kaslarını hareket ettir. Hafızanı koru. Beynini geleceğe hazırla.

Prolonged antibiotic use doesn’t just disrupt the gut, it can impair neurogenesis, alter immune signalling and weaken memory.

A landmark study showed that wiping out gut microbiota reduces hippocampal function, but the effects can be reversed.

Lactate enhances cognitive function.

As covered in this new review, HIIT (high-intensity interval training) is particularly helpful in increasing acute cognitive function - in part because of its ability to rapidly generate lactate.

In fact, lactate is now being described as "the first myokine".
