@Eurostar i was due to get 9145 from Rotterdam yesterday. It was delayed then cancelled. No info from staff. We gottold to go to Brussels and then sort it. It was very chaotic and disorganised. I arrived in london 3.5hrs late. Am i due any refund. The booking got removed from app
