Been having trouble posting consistently ever since I caught that nasty flu and broke my rhythm so I'm trying to build something to keep me and other builders accountable

What are your thoughts about the UI?

@NikChr1414 @tiun_io Overall, I think it's nice! I do think that the flashing and bumping text synced with the beat can be a little bit too much for folks like me

I've been trying Sonnet 5.5 at work for LOTS of things.

One observation I had is that it's blazingly fast, but also tends to miss things.

It seems it's intelligent enough to pick what to read from what you give it and not ingest it all at once.

This gives the speed boost but at a cost of losing some context and requires re-reading which I haven't encountered in Sonnet 5.

Nonetheless, it's still LEAGUES better and it definitely passes my vibe check

What's your thoughts/experiences with Sonnet 5.5?

Google does this "benchmaxxing" all the time and it's annoying because it's misleading and wastes peoples time

They also benchmaxxed on DeepSWE too, with their 3.8 flash allegedly beating Opus and Astra both in cost and performance

But realize that at work, you can be replaced and you can't have autonomy in some cases

Business allows you to own your work, be autonomous, and have freedom

I never expected to gain followers these fast

Being slightly inactive for 2 days cost me growth but it's fine

I just used Sonnet 5.5 and it ripped through my work. Not only is it better than the previous version, it's even faster too!

Have you guys tried it? If so, what are your experiences?

I needed this. I've been working on my first app and the fear of people rejecting my app, not using it, has been creeping up on my mind

As such, I've been having second thoughts if I should even ship it

Which I'm aware is totally the opposite of shipping in public

Social media is scary, no matter how good you are or your product, there are always haters, negative people.

Keep in mind, ignore them. I teach this to my kids as well, just not social media related, but irl, in school. ignore the haters, bullying kids. Don't waste time and energy on them.

Life is just way better thing than this! 💜
