@JoxOLantern As someone who mainly VA's for Aysms, you're very correct.

Half of them are all concept no substance and the other half just runs into constant drama and other BS. I've probably seen like 5 aysms I was hired for get closed and some of the others I'm in feel like nothing burgers.

@OHSmudly @smokie_99 I don't think it's fair to say everyone on the OM team isn't a good person but it's so odd that almost EVERY team leader (Owner, co-owner, community manager, ect) ended up being a piece of shit one way or another.
