@chanellezss I think it's bc ppl can't comprehend intentionally self-inflicting this type of physical harm and mental torture where, to them, the cons so clearly outweigh the pros. as a result, it seems to them that it isn't apparent enough that ED behaviors r so bad/unhealthy for us
@9Opounds like, try to trust urself. also don't feel pressured to do anything u don't want to yet. removing that pressure will help u recognize when ur ready or want to move forward, in general
@9Opounds low-key u don't, it just gets better with time & growing comfort. u just accept it & act brave. a general tip for nerves is to interpret the feeling of nervousness as excitement rather than fear, if that makes sense. it helps. also bc this is sth u should be excited about yk

@donutellaaaa_ TruBars r delish! they have good protein:cals ratio 4 being all natural & have some fiber. texture is a bit thick, but I just take small bites.

forgot to take a pic of lunch! it was udon soup w salmon + fruit.
I was gonna opt out of the uncrustable, but I'm glad I didn't bc I rly enjoyed it. gonna get steps in l8r to compensate tho

had a banh mi bagel sandwich (one of my guiltiest pleasures) that I slowly ate throughout the day, a delish strawberry latte w/pandan cold foam, and one of those cookies. "metab"-ish day bc I need to study and make a long drive. :p
