@airindia cancelled my Male to Mumbai flight on 26th Oct, I had booked more than a month in advance for family vacation.I am stranded as fares r exorbitantly high on alternate flights & Air India is offering to return a day earlier than booked which will not only spoil my vacation but ill loose money paid for hotel booking. Their are seats available on 26th Oct Male Mumbai Via Delhi flight but @airindia is refusing saying those are premium economy seats I must pay a kings ransom for it. These are NOT the vales of TATA group. @airindia cancelled the flight and charging high money for alternate flights and seats. Its their problem if they cant give economy seats. This is extortion and illegal. I am left helpless @virsanghvi @TOIMumbai @htTweets @DGCAIndia @campbellwilson @MoCA_GoI @RamMNK

@99acresIndia terrible services even though i had taken a premium subscription with services of relationship manager. The relationship manager vanished for half the duration of the subscription and returned only when I had to renew the services. No apathy towards customers.
