He can get loans against the value of the stock and then the interest is tax deductible.

@iliketeslas Put assets in perpetual trusts, pay yourself via a s corp that the companies pay. Carry forward losses. Set up a charitable company, give you and your family positions in the company, pay them and yourself to avoid taxes.
