Is Europe preparing the foundation for on-chain IPOs?

The ECB’s launch of Pontes allows tokenised assets on DLT platforms to be settled using central bank money. It doesn’t mean on-chain IPOs are here yet but it solves a critical part of the infrastructure.

Bonds may come first. Tokenised equities and IPOs could follow once regulation, custody, investor verification, and legal ownership are fully aligned.

This is the direction IPOwn is preparing for: compliant, transparent access to the next generation of capital markets.

Users can follow selected IPO opportunities, search by issuer or sector, and manage personalized preview alerts.

Indication of Interest Workflow
Users can create and manage non-binding indications of interest before any future broker submission. Draft indications do not reserve shares or guarantee allocation.

KYC Progress Tracker
A clearer verification flow for tracking wallet connection, identity verification, eligibility, and disclosure status.

Allocation Status Dashboard
A dedicated dashboard for monitoring draft indications and future allocation progress. Live orders and confirmed allocations will require regulated partner integration.

Account Activity & Audit History
Users can review authentication, compliance, and indication events through a structured activity timeline with UTC timestamps.

Admin Compliance Dashboard
A frontend compliance workspace for reviewing normalized KYC, eligibility, and risk statuses without exposing raw identity documents or biometric data.
