I’m sharing the exact AI trading stack that reportedly turned a simple setup into an incredible trading machine.
A Brazilian college dropout built a Polymarket trading bot from his parents’ garage using only open-source AI agents.
📈 Reported results:
• $794,000 earned in 14 months
• 40,000+ trades
• Around $10/month operating cost
• No manual coding
Here’s what powers it:
🧠 Brain: Claude Opus
Makes trading decisions, analyzes performance, and improves its own strategy over time.
🤖 Agent: Hermes
An open-source AI agent framework that executes the workflow automatically.
💻 Server: A low-cost VPS
Runs the bot 24/7 without needing your computer.
📲 Alerts: Telegram
Every trade is sent directly to your phone.
The interesting part isn’t the automation.
It’s the nightly self-improvement.
Every day the AI reviews every trade, identifies what worked, adjusts its probability thresholds, and launches the next session with a refined strategy.
After hundreds of trades, it’s no longer the same bot you started with.
🎁 If this post gets enough interest, I’ll share:
✅ The complete AI stack
✅ The exact workflow
✅ Prompt templates
✅ Setup guide
✅ Everything you need to recreate it

Arbitrage bot on Polymarket. $110K/month.
You no longer need to guess, because this Polymarket trader has figured out how to exploit the system.
He does not use classic directional trading. The bot buys both Up and Down on the same market at the same time using a straddle.
On Polymarket, pricing imbalances often appear. One outcome is overpriced, while the other is underpriced.
But one of the outcomes must win. If the combined price of both contracts is below $1, the difference between the entry cost and the payout becomes positive expected value.
This trader makes money from mispriced probabilities and liquidity imbalance. No prediction involved.
You no longer need to forecast the market. You can copy trade these positions and scale a simple but proven inefficiency with more capital.

Trench Report 1: Finding AI gems in the rough
Interesting New Launches
$Listen- Open source project that uses ARC to build out a toolkit for algo trading. Dev seems smart.
$Tokito- Built by @SpeculatorArt who is pretty well known in the space. I have seen it described as Friend tech for AI agents. Sounds unique.
$Predo- A hackathon project that lets people place bets using natural language in their group chats. Team seems to work hard, and it could be an interesting alternative to prediction platforms.
$Caimeo- An open source autonomous AI agent framework created by @bitfalls who leads dev rel at Polygon. There are many frameworks out there already so not sure of this but the team looks solid.
$LLM- A memecoin on AI. Think it's a satirical take on all the AI vaporware coming out. I'm not good with memes but if Fartcoin can take off this could too.
$Aios- Building out the "first AI Agent Operating System." Haven't done too much digging but this has really taken off.
The Big Players
$Ava- Market is pricing in the upcoming launchpad & ecosystem for AI agent avatars. Market seems to favor frameworks a lot this cycle. I see some calling this the Virtuals of Solana. Seems like a compelling narrative.
$Pippin- Pretty insane comeback. Building out an agent framework through Python. Don't think @yoheinakajima needs an introduction at this point.
What I am holding
$Grph- In since the early days. Soul Graph is creating an open source personality & memory framework for agents that you can talk through audio. The first time I used the tool and talked to an AI I was a believer.
$Alr- Hackathon project for Automated yield trading. Concept seems interesting and there isn't too much competition.
$Kirai- Noticed this after the dev's plan (@sejindoesart) to open source its world tech. Agent lives in a simulated Tokyo. Imagine an AI living it's own life with other NPCs in one world. Seems cool.
Older projects on my watchlist
$Sandy- A video framework for AI agents.
$Stoic- Think team is based. They literally livestream their coding sessions and have that shipping mentality. Team is building out an autonomous trading agent MVP first.
$dGPU- Team is building out an AI & GPU marketplace where people building out AI agents can rent GPUs for usage.
Note: New projects are inherently risky and can fail. If you buy something and it goes to zero, that’s on you. Always do your own research.
@DeFi_Hanzo Hello sir,
my name is Dany and I am a cryptointusiast. I've been in cryptospace since 2022 and am experiencing my first bull cycle. I'm so on fire that I'm on Telegram 24/7 anyway. I would be happy if you contact me.
