NEW: Kentucky family rejects $26 million offer to convert part of their farm into a data center despite the offer being about 10 times the going rate for farmland in the area.
"If it's my way, I'll stay and hold and feed a nation. 26 million doesn't mean anything."
"As long as I'm on this land, as long as it's feeding me, as long as it's taking care of me, there's nothing that can destroy me if I've got this land."

@BenjaminSWeiss lol ok but full clip reveals Trump "saved" him specifically bc they needed to retain a majority in Congress. Not personal strictly business
I don't really tweet anymore (catch me in the comments though) but the the halftime performance by Benito was excellent.
I love seeing the heart and soul of Latin culture in the mainstream. It's kind of appalling there was a (lame) "alternative" show.
@Microinteracti1 People who counter with me a simple "bUt uR nOt eUropEan" lack nuance. I'm not saying we're European in the sense that you Europeans are. Just in a different immigrant type of way that's very real in a lot of american lives (but yes does water down with each generation)
@Microinteracti1 In the USA we have a different perspective though bc a lot of us are in communities with the same heritage ie, in eastern Massachusetts there's Irish & Greek & the Greek Americans & Irish Americans have different customs & holidays so our differences are obvious to us.
@adsydeveloper@Microinteracti1 no, people who have a shared history with europeans and imported traditions depending on where they're great grandparents were from, whether Europeans want to accept that or not 🤷♀️ (same goes for Asians/Indians whomever)
