@C4liCrypto No problem! Took me a little digging to find it but certainly glad I did. I record on a micro SD card too which is awesome. No need for monthly cloud bills or an expensive DVR.
Interesting take on privacy by @RyanTheGentry and the @multicoin team. I disagree with the headline but agree with much of the analysis - and much of it is close to our vision at @EnigmaMPC as well. My thoughts follow here /0 https://t.co/sTcnzNtgTe
@cz_binance@lawmaster Used to like @Gemini but now they really screw you on fees and exchange rates. They used to be my favorite but now I'll be using anyone else, sadly. #gotgreedy
@cz_binance Yes! But let's take it a step further than transactional privacy...let's start talking computational privacy as well. I care more about my data than I do about my transactions. Projects like @EnigmaMPC will make this type of privacy a human right.
@nlw The problem is, if an employee doesn't hit their "Relationship Depth" number, then they miss out on bonuses, promotions, and other incentives and are even sometimes punished. In actuality though, the employee might not have wanted to sell the 81 year old a credit card.
@nlw They work off semantics too. For example a "Relationship Depth" is AKA "how many loans, credit cards, investments, cash advances, etc. can you sell one person". To regulators the banks describe it as taking care of the customer but in reality it's simply sell them everything.
@nlw Agreed. I tend to blame the company in most cases though. They set themselves up where they can deny the behavior and blame it on a couple of bad actors, when in reality they are well aware of the actions but only care when they get caught. Big banks would struggle without
@nlw This needs to be stopped. The problem is that government and regulations have almost made it worse. 50 pages of law jargon that means nothing to the average man, so instead they take the bank employee's advice and end up in a situation like above. Then there is little recourse.
@nlw Sad thing is this happens at almost all major / regional banks. Employees are trained to look for situations like this and to sell products. Doesn't matter who or the circumstances, only matters that you hit your credit card, loan, investment goals at the end of the month.
