yes. I used to run a larger company and was paying 4000. I am pretty sure I nailed feature parity (approx) with intercom.
- live chat, email, whatsapp, telegram, sms, messenger, all one inbox.
- ai drafts replies and reads your docs.

the math that broke me: intercom is 85 bucks a seat plus $1 each AI resolution. 10 people plus some traffic and you are paying 4000 a month. campfire is 19 bucks flat. add your whole team. per seat pricing is basically taxing you for growing, so I deleted it.

its called campfire. it does what intercom does, and its 19 bucks a month. unlimited seats.
I might not be okay. but my burn rate is.
