@EtherRawl Routine, same bed time and wake up time everyday. For the last 5 years I’ve been going to bed and getting up at the same time. Every night I fall straight asleep. Until this last week when ive had time off and a couple lay ins & it’s all gone to pot was awake until 2am last night

@lourenco_vs My biggest ‘concern’ if you will is the daily bearish divergence forming on the RTY right as it’s breaking out and alts have already took a smashing. Me getting mixed messages from these markets recently (although I don’t think we’ve topped yet)
