All of a sudden Alex is an ICON and a LEGEND 😭
The same guy the Twitter space used to tear apart daily — called him “agay-gay,” dragged his failed marriage, bullied him off the TL. Now the same handles are tagging him “shining light,” “icon,” “gone too soon.”
Hypocrisy on 100.
Try no die sha! No let outsiders give you depression. Rest in peace to the dead, but celebrate people while they’re still here.

I’m not sure how to feel about young Nigerians arguing that Peter Obi should deputize Atiku or wait till 2031/2035 because he “still has 15 years left” politically.
We keep asking younger leaders to wait while passionately supporting politicians already above 75 instead of urging retirement.
In January, while I was abroad, I contacted Abubakar Madiu Haruna regarding my passport renewal. We coordinated the process for February, and I travelled back to Nigeria with this renewal in mind.
After paying ₦250,000 to the account provided to me, I was promised an express process. I arrived in Abuja on February 17 and completed my photo capture on February 20, with assurances that the passport would be ready within days.
I spent about 10 days in Abuja waiting and repeatedly calling for updates, especially as my departure date approached. Eventually, he stopped responding to my calls, messages, and even those from my family and associates. All means of communication were blocked.
I later reached out the Immigration office in Sauka, where I was informed that no payment for the renewal process had been recorded in my name. I was also informed that the officer initially denied knowing me until evidence was presented to him.
My passport expiration date is getting close, and this situation has caused serious frustration, financial loss, and anxiety. I am calling on the relevant authorities to urgently investigate this matter and assist in resolving it.

The govt is doing absolutely nothing. Bcos Gen. Sani Abacha, once said, if insecurity lasts beyond 24 hrs, the govt becomes complacent.
When victims from affected villages begin to appeal to the international community, some people suddenly remember Nigeria’s image. @ShehuSani
The hypocrisy is now glaring. Reno, using APC funds, sponsored a U.S. “mayor,” Alnord, who came under the guise of fact-checking, only to testify against his own sponsors and then turn into an online crusader. Tying the narrative to "Emeka" fits into the agenda. Shame on you!
Hit or no hit, Odumodu can’t and shouldn’t be compared to Blaqbonez when it comes to rap.
OD is talented and has grace, let’s not set him up for a suicide mission.
Pity the boy and stop the unnecessary comparisons. Emeka must shine!
X really seems like a tough place for marketing.
I keep seeing people promising to boost engagement, yet their own posts can’t even crack a handful of likes.
How exactly do you give what you clearly don’t have?
Now this is how to speak truth to power. The Tor Tiv delivered his message exactly as it should be direct and dignified.
Though I couldn’t help but wonder if the president actually heard the speech, because it looked like he was dozing off. #Benue
The very people in government who are meant to support the diaspora are now the ones begging for help.
Ironically, the diaspora isn’t asking for much just an enabling environment that allows their investments and efforts to thrive. Unfortunately, that environment remains elusive.
Many Nigerians in the diaspora have started investing in other countries instead of their own. I know people buying real estate in Rwanda. A friend of mine no longer sends goods to Nigeria; instead, he ships to neighboring countries, saying it’s far easier and more reliable. Another friend, after facing repeated frustrations trying to set up a livestock farm in Nigeria, has now partnered with a Sierra Leonean friend to launch a large-scale farm there instead. Nigeria was his first choice, but it quickly became the least promising.
But what if Nigeria actually fixed things? What if the systems worked, the environment was stable, and trust was restored? How many more in the diaspora would come home, not just to visit, but to build, invest, and help move the country forward?
This was double-tongued Reno tweeting on Atiku’s paycheck. No surprise he’s switching sides, Tinubu must be paying better. To Reno, Nigeria’s just another gig.
