You’re using your brain WRONG.
In 2010, Stanford neurologist Dr Frank Longo gave a 2-hour lecture on how memory really works.
Everything you’ve learned about memory is mostly wrong.
His frameworks:
• The Magic 7 rule
• How sleep moves memories to storage
• Use it or lose it
Be boring. Live your life your way. Go to bed at 9. Wake up at 5. Eat simple foods. Go for 2 hour walks. Read 900 page books. Avoid drama. The world chases excitement. More noise. More excitement. But you chase real. Things that align with your soul. A calm routine. A quiet mind. A healthy body. A small circle. A private life. Shit that make you feel like you. Depth over noise. Always...
AI weather bot turned $240 → $82K on Polymarket weather markets
trained my agent, based on bot 2K trades, to build it from scratch
installed it on VPS, plugged weather API + Opus 4.7 & gave it Polymarket acc
in 2 days he found 2x - 400% ROI trades
run your agent in 5 steps:
• set up a VPS on Hetzner - $5.99
• plug weather API on {visualcrossing} - free
• run Hermes agent using one-liner code - free
• connect TG bot + Opus 4.7
• promt {weather trading logic} from article to agent
hermes is a self-trained agent, it needs enough trades {50-100} to build the best trading setup
start small {$2-$3} limit per trade across 20 weather markets, and let the agent do the rest

Anthropic pays engineers $750,000+ a year to understand how LLMs work.
Stanford just put a 2 hour lecture that covers 80% of it for FREE.

It might be the highest ROI thing you do this month:
I've lived in Switzerland. I've incorporated there. I've walked the lakeside in Zug at 8pm wondering where everyone went.
250 millionaires a month are moving to Switzerland. Most end up in Zurich or Geneva.
For many it works. But not for all.
I asked friends living there, compared it with the data and assembled this guide. I came to the conclusion there are two approaches to Switzerland for most of us.

When I first read The Brothers Karamazov in high school, I thought it was the greatest novel ever written. Yet I hadn't read that much.
But now, so many books later, the more I reread it, thumb through it, think about it, write about it, discuss it with other people - the more I am convinced that it is, really, the greatest novel ever.
'Hurrah for Karamazov!'
@hamptonism Exercise in the morning rather than afternoon/evening. No caffeine after midday. No food from 3 hours before bed. Nothing to drink from 2 hours before bed. No screens from 1 hour before bed. Get rid of the white noise.
All roads lead back to 9 PM bed time, 5 AM wake up, 4 hours of deep, focused work creative work first thing, work out mid day to break it up, admin & calls in the afternoon, hang with friends and loved ones in the evening, repeat forever.

By far my biggest advice to anyone trying to adopt AI properly:
1. Pay a little bit of money to Anthropic
2. Download Claude Code
3. Open Claude Code
4. Press 'Shift-Tab' until it says 'plan mode on'
5. Open Voice Memo on your iPhone. Just talk about all the things you want to accomplish. When you think you are done, just keep talking. Make sure it is at least 10 minutes, hopefully longer
6. Send this Voice Memo to your computer
7. Download MacWhisper and use it to transcribe this voice memo. Trust me, you will want MacWhisper and will use it later a lot
8. Type into Claude Code: "I have never used you before but I talked about some things. I will paste those things in below. Please read the things and ask me any questions you need to in order to help me figure out how to use you to be awesome. Ask me lots of questions until I tell you I am done"
9. Then paste in the transcript
10. Then press enter
Then just let Claude take the wheel, and them please send me a DM if this works.
Also, if this just sounds crazy, just literally take this entire message and paste it into whatever AI you are using and say 'some weird person told me to paste this into you, I want to use it, but I don't know how. What should I do?'
I am just trying to help you get started. Curiosity and persistence are the most important things.
Btw you can go to https://t.co/TMPqM3BJ0z, upload any book-sized pdf you want, design a cover for it, and get it printed as an actual book for dirt cheap. They don't check for copyright
The biggest skill you can develop is the ability to reset fast. Bad conversation? Move on. Bad day? Start fresh tomorrow. Missed workout? Hit it the next day. Poor decision? Learn and adjust. You can’t control what happens to you, but you control how long you let it affect you.
Going to leave you with this tonight:
The best thing you can do for yourself is actively increase your surface area for luck to hit you.
Go outside, travel more, go to new cafes, museums, events, take a new route home, go for hikes, see cities, countrysides, take your notebook, speak to people, ask questions, start businesses - go on more side quests.
You can literally just do things, and the more you do, the more serendipity and synchronicity will find you.
Night gang.
There's an old idea that says a man is tested three times before he earns anything worth having. The first test takes what he loves. The second test takes his confidence. The third test makes him wait with no proof that it's coming. Most men fail the third one. Not because they're weak. Because patience with no guarantee is the hardest thing a human being can do. If you're in the waiting room right now, don't move. Don't panic. Just hold.
When you read, when you start going to the gym, when you take long walks, when you begin living an intentional, slow but deeply rich life, you create evidence for your brain that you love yourself and your life. And it starts reflecting in everything you do.
the sooner you do it the sooner you can stop thinking about it and it is actually thinking about it that is bothering you, not doing it, you are making your own bed, you are bringing on the unfavorable state by trying to avoid it and mistargeting, it’s like this every single time
