At long last, President Biden signed his executive order on crypto & it's pretty good!
The EO identifies crypto's opportunities & risks, assigns responsibility for analyzing them, & calls for written reports.

As an advisor to early stage tech companies I can attest that this problem is not exclusive to crypto, but crypto, perhaps more than any other field, has shown us that there is a rapidly growing need for the “specialized generalist.”
Product counsel should be the most important legal role in crypto, but is a role that is barely in the crypto HR lexicon.
In mainstream tech it's a normal thing that you make product counsel part of the development process.
I will work with @LeXpunK_Army to advance sound arguments for thoughtful consideration of this expansion....even if those efforts are ultimately dismissed by the SEC. Too much is at stake! 21/21

blockchains are people
autonomous systems are people
the first country to treat them as such as a matter of law (and extend limited liability to participants) will be credited with an innovation similar to the creation of corporations
