Supplements just weren't doing the job - and the fact that you need them at all should be a clue about the long term issues in my not-an-ethical-vegan view

@Rado9910 I did 20 years, my wife did 32 - but her B12 and ferritin levels have dropped through the floor, so she had to move back to some meat in her diet

I was only ever vegan-by-marriage but have to say it's easier than it's ever been as a lifestyle, especially in larger towns/cities.
