Bybit ETH multisig cold wallet just made a transfer to our warm wallet about 1 hr ago. It appears that this specific transaction was musked, all the signers saw the musked UI which showed the correct address and the URL was from @safe . However the signing message was to change the smart contract logic of our ETH cold wallet. This resulted Hacker took control of the specific ETH cold wallet we signed and transfered all ETH in the cold wallet to this unidentified address. Please rest assured that all other cold wallets are secure.
All withdraws are NORMAL.

Interop is the talk of the town right now — every ecosystem sees it as a top priority.

That means huge opportunities for interop teams.

But I keep coming back to an idea: it might be more practical for an interop team to focus on one ecosystem, solve interop there, and expand later.

It’s counterintuitive. Interop is supposed to be about connecting everything.

But trying to do everything at once often leads to doing nothing well. The teams that make real progress usually find one thing they can do better than anyone else.

Look at the bets interop teams made on Solana a few years ago — it’s paying off now.

Maybe the best move today is to go deep in one ecosystem, nail interop 0 → 1, and then scale the playbook elsewhere.

This also applies to the ecosystem / cluster teams to actually work closely with interop teams who have been working on this problem for more than 4 years — especially in a vertical like interop, domain expertise and know-how of the tech is a huge advantage because the scope of projects is so vast.

Without interop, crypto fails. And it's time to work together to build the rails for the future of finance.
