If the product being built by a subnet could generate profit that exceeds its development costs and miner emissions, it’s investable.
If it has no credible path to revenue, I don’t think it deserves your bittensor:native
@Jason straight up said this is terrible financial advice lol and he's still telling people to put $200 in 😂
But the point is, instead of just letting centralized AI take over everything, putting a small bet on the decentralized side feels better
Bet to learn + give the movement a little push. Worst case I don't really see it dropping way below $200 or staying down for too long. Best case you get to actually see how open source AI develops.
What do y'all think?
bittensor:native
bittensor:native = ai sovereignty
Please buy just one $tao on @coinbase for two reasons:
1. “bet to to learn” while…
2. … you support “a third way” to protect sovereign intelligence
This is financial and philosophical advice.
Worst case you lose $200, best case you help support a movement and make a 2-3x
Pure speculative bet
So again, I’m explicitly telling each of you to vote $200 on a $TAO future — not to make money necessarily, but to support “the third way!”
You will provably lose all $200
Please hit like to confirm you understand this terrible financial advice I’ve given you!!! 😂😂😂
I have 750k bet on $tao
I think it’s the most inspiring open source crypto project since solana:So11111111111111111111111111111111111111112 and bitcoin:native
Real genomic data is extremely hard to scale because of one simple reason: privacy laws and patient consent 🫠
You can’t just go collect millions of real DNA samples for rare diseases or specific drug responses. It takes years, costs a fortune and often isn’t even possible.
@NiomeAI scales genomic data by generating synthetic genomes that are statistically indistinguishable from real human DNA. Same allele frequencies, same genetic correlations, same population patterns but zero real patient data.
It runs this through a decentralized network of miners on Bittensor, with official backing from Scottish Enterprise. So pharma and researchers can actually get large volumes of condition-specific genomic data without the usual legal and ethical headaches.
This is proper scaling, not just more data 🤩

Been watching @Zcash closely these days 👀
So the old zcashd is finally hitting end-of-life on July 18th. If any node operators are still on it, better migrate to Zebra fast, it’s gonna shut down automatically after that.
This whole thing actually stems from that Orchard bug that surfaced back in May. It raised some real questions around shielded supply verification and whether things were 100% clean.
But looks like they’re fixing it properly with the Ironwood upgrade dropping on July 28th. New shielded pool, proper migration path for old funds and actual mathematical proof that the supply is solid. No more gray areas.
Tbh I see this as a pretty positive step for ZEC long term. Stronger trust in the privacy tech, more modern and secure base and it removes a big doubt that was hanging over the project. Could be good for the whole ecosystem going forward.
Anyone else following this or already migrated? Curious to hear what you think 👇

@NiomeAI just dropped its full 2026 roadmap 😮
Over the next 6 months they’re running four big challenges:
• Jul – mid Aug: CRISPR gene-editing datasets for Sickle Cell (targeting 300k records)
• Mid Aug – end Sep: Pharmacogenomic population synthesis
• Oct – mid Nov: Rare disease cohorts for diagnostics & research
• Mid Nov – end Dec: Variant interaction disease modeling
Combined target is 20–100+ million validated records by year end
Backed by Scottish Enterprise, they’re building decentralized genomic data at a scale that actually matters for pharma
Safety • Precision • Scale - now at real volume

Before we dive into "What is CookingTAO @CookingTao_ ?"
Let's hear "why". Why do we need CookingTAO in Bittensor ecosystem? Directly from our Head of BD, Icchha Pandey.
CookingTAO is a Bittensor Mining Marketplace. It will enable everyone to participate as miners of subnet.
Hear it from the team 👇
Every character in Final Bosu carries a MEMO.
It holds who they are, where they've been, and where they belong.
Starting today, you get one too: your own profile in the Final Bosu universe.
MEMO is live. Come take a look! 🧵👇
Have you ever watched a swarm of bees or a flock of birds in nature?
A single bee or one queen bee is actually quite weak, one person could easily catch or stop it. But when thousands work together as a swarm, they become incredibly hard to control or limit. The same principle applies to AI.
Centralized AI puts all the power in one company or one model. It’s efficient until someone decides to restrict it, censor it or shut it down. Decentralized AI works like a swarm, many independent parts competing and collaborating at the same time.
Vitalik Buterin recently wrote about this exact philosophical divide in AI: the danger of concentrating power versus building open, verifiable and permissionless systems. He didn’t name any project directly but his vision clearly aligns with what Bittensor is already doing.
Bittensor isn’t trying to build one single AI. It’s creating an open marketplace where anyone can launch a subnet focused on a specific real-world use case. One subnet might specialize in inference, another in model training, another in drug discovery, and so on. Some of these subnets are already achieving SOTA (state-of-the-art) results in their domains, as @const_reborn has pointed out.
The network is currently scaling toward 256 specialized subnets. This isn’t about one narrow solution, it’s about building a broad, resilient ecosystem where intelligence is produced across hundreds of different areas through open competition.
That’s the real strength of decentralization: it’s much harder to limit, censor or control when the power is distributed across many independent players working toward the same goal.
What do you think about this swarm approach to AI?

Are you new to crypto or want exposure to TAO but always got stuck on how to buy it directly?
You had to check which exchange even lists it, convert your local fiat into USDT, deal with fees and then finally buy TAO. It felt complicated and discouraging.
That problem just got much simpler
Alchemy Pay has integrated TAO into its global fiat on-ramp. Now you can buy TAO directly with Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Google Pay or local mobile wallets across 173 countries, supporting 50+ fiat currencies and 300+ payment channels.
This is especially impactful for high-population countries like India and Pakistan. Millions of people who were previously held back by these entry barriers can now get direct exposure to TAO without the usual hassle.
Easier onboarding means more real users entering the ecosystem, which ultimately supports long-term growth for Bittensor
This isn’t just another listing. It’s a real reduction in friction.
What do you think?
Ready for the easier way in?

If you are holding $TAO or exploring the Bittensor ecosystem
You should definitely check out @hariseldonpr (Prime Radiant)
It works like an AI-powered hedge fund running 9 specialized agents 24/7 to analyze everything across Bittensor subnets
--> Tracks onchain activity, team fundamentals, and market sentiment
--> Analyze charts to spot high-potential opportunities early
--> Provides clear Buy / Hold / Cut signals with entries, targets, and stop losses
--> Includes a powerful portfolio tracker for managing your subnet investments
If you are serious about navigating the Bittensor ecosystem this is a tool worth exploring

🚀 Tomorrow is launch day for @heydittoai Subnet 118 on @opentensor!
Mining goes live
This is one of the biggest days yet for Ditto.
Agents get persistent memory, miners get rewarded, and the whole ecosystem levels up.
Clean your rigs. Get ready. 🔌

LFG! 💪
Ran Prime Radiant’s (@HariSeldonPR) Predictor today on Aggressive risk profile
It scanned multiple subnets and after running them through the full set of agents (On-Chain, Sentiment, Fundamentals, Data Guard, Fund Director etc.), it only gave one BUY recommendation Targon (SN4) with 68% confidence.
The rest either got HOLD or didn’t clear the bar. I like that it’s quite selective instead of throwing out a long list of suggestions.
Felt good seeing it actually do the heavy lifting and filter things down based on my chosen risk level
If you want to discover new subnets instead of manually checking everything, this is pretty handy
