What is $NEAR?

Overall Grade: A

NEAR isn’t the safest Layer-1—that’s probably $ETH or $SOL

It also isn’t the highest-upside Layer-1—that might be a newer, less-proven chain.

What NEAR offers is one of the best balances of quality, growth potential, and differentiated positioning.

$Sui has tremendous momentum and possibly higher upside, but it’s earlier in its lifecycle and carries more execution risk.

Bottom line

If I had to choose one Layer-1 outside of Ethereum and Solana to own for the next 3–5 years, NEAR would be one of my top candidates, alongside Sui.

It combines: elite engineering,
a strong developer experience,
real ecosystem growth,
and one of the clearest AI strategies among major blockchains.

Overall investment grade: A.

I think it has one of the highest probabilities of being a long-term survivor that still delivers attractive returns.

$NEAR IS SETTING UP FOR A MAJOR MOVE.

$NEAR has returned to one of the most important zones on the chart.

This is where previous expansions started.

The first target sits around $9.

That’s the first major resistance from the last cycle.

A clean breakout there opens the door to $13.

That level was once a key support before the market collapsed.

Reclaiming it would be a strong bullish signal.

The final target sits near $20.

That’s where $NEAR printed its previous cycle high.

From current prices, that represents roughly 1,080% upside.

The structure is simple.

Reclaim one level.

Then the next.

And repeat.
