Use https://t.co/OfpbeogUbK to see approvals on all of your wallets for both ERC20 and ERC721 assets. You can connect your wallet and revoke any approvals you do not recognise, or need. Make a habit of doing this regularly.

Check what you're approving and how much for VERY carefully each time, there's hardly ever a case where you need to give over unlimited allowances for a token

Generally it will ask for approval for unlimited amount of USDT, ETH, or other tokens, which if blindly accepted, will have major consequences

Once this is approved, the perpetrator is able to spend that token from your account

How you can prevent yourself from falling victim:

Do not interact with random tokens in your wallet you don't recall buying - no one will give you free money

Say you got airdropped 10,000 AIR tokens and you randomly see them in your wallet
You go to a DEX to sell these for USDT
You instantly press approve on M3taMa5k, without looking carefully at what you're approving.
The AIR contract now has access to whatever it's requested

At times you may visit your M3taMa5k wallet or view your wallet address on Etherscan and you'll see random tokens in your wallet that you've never seen before or even knew you had
