I tried investing $1000 a day into various cryptocurrencies

After 30 days, I was up 5%.

I decided last week to invest into the Counter-Strike skin market, $500 a day with at least a minimum of one knife/gloves purchase.

Now I lost nearly everything, I'm down almost 900%

That being said, I never had as much fun as I had buying these virtual pixels. It felt better than my wife's sloppy seconds after her boyfriend visits.
