I initiated the transfer of my domain https://t.co/w9LVz0rHLs on 29th January, but it still has not been transferred to my Hostinger account. Additionally, the associated email IDs are blocked. Please help me resolve this issue as soon as possible.

Trying to onboard a new customer to DigitalOcean. During payment setup, our account got locked/suspended. Raised a ticket but no response yet.
Is this how you treat new customers during onboarding?
