🤖 One thing people seriously underestimate on X right now is how much engagement is NOT fully organic.

Some researchers estimate bot/spam accounts could be around 10% to 20% of users… but the percentage of engagement can be MUCH higher because automated accounts operate 24/7.

In crypto especially, some believe 30% to 60%+ of visible engagement on certain posts may be AI assisted, botted, coordinated, or engagement farmed.

That means:

There are also “cyborg” accounts now… real humans using AI generated replies, auto engagement tools, and GPT assisted posting.
