✅ Yesterday’s Double was a winner. I've picked out another in Argentina v Cape Verde at similar odds. Argentina have scored 2+ goals in each of their last nine matches, scoring more than two goals in five of these matches. They’re as short as 1.14 to win here and I expect them to eventually break down a Cape Verde side who conceded hefty xG totals against both Uruguay and Spain: • Uruguay: 2.32 xG conceded (17 shots) • Spain: 2.10 xG conceded (27 shots) I’m therefore confident Argentina knock at least two past them. The other angle I’m interested in here is just 1+ cards for Argentina. Cape Verde have been surprisingly good at drawing cards from their opponents at the World Cup so far, drawing at least one card from Spain, Uruguay and Saudi Arabia. Cape Verde will mainly play in transition here which should open up the door for a few tactical fouls from Argentina. They’ve drawn 10+ fouls from their opponents in all three of their group games, so they clearly know how to frustrate sides and should be able to do the same to Argentina. @TheMeldrew The pride flag shouldn’t be flown in Calderdale, it doesn’t represent everyone! I never had a problem with it but it seem to be rammed down our throats at every opportunity possible. I can think of a million other good cause to get behind. Where to we stop
