直到今天的现在，我正式刑事立案后的第十天后，gate仍然没有向警方提供视频人脸资料和风控数据。

虚拟货币案件在国内报案、立案并不容易，但我坚持推动公安机关正式立案。立案前，Gate 曾多次表示已经调动资源、掌握关键线索，只要取得司法调证文书，就能推进
资产拦截、线索移交和人员锁定。真正取得立案决定书和司法调证函后，情况却完全不同

7月17日刚一立案，我立马询问gate需要公安提供的所有文件，特别强调要说清楚，然后gate核对了半天说了一句，把调函发邮箱就行了，我当时没想其他的，万万没想到后面gate真的拿调函做文章推诿

7月21号公安机关正式向 Gate 发送立案决定书、两名警官的证件材料、司法调证函及相关附件
1.gate先是说文字形式的内容他们格式不支持，要pdf版本，那行又发了pdf过去
2.然后说发过来的压缩包不行不能压缩，怕有病毒，那行又重新一个个导入附件发过去
3.之后怀疑我报假案，这边是假警察，我说这是刑事案件啊我敢搞假的？你要不要听听自己在说什么。gate要求视频核验警方身份，我专程赶到公安机关配合，Gate 却又表示当时只能语音、无法视频
4.最后又笼统表示“材料不完整”“存在证件过期”，却没有一次性列明缺失材料、过期证件、补正标准和办理时限

我就奇怪了，你们这么多事，我提前都问了要说清楚调函的细节，当时怎么不说这些呢？现在拿这些细枝末节来拖延推诿，倒是真用上了，gate对付用户的手段真是一浪接一浪啊！

截至目前，Gate 仍未向警方提供所要求的关键资料，立案前所称“掌握线索、全力配合”呢？@Gate_zh @Gate

我会继续依靠警方、律师、安全机构、链上追踪和公开监督寻找真相。我要的不是公关式安慰，而是Gate真正提供资料、解释风控、追踪资产并承担责任

即使退一万步说，如果用户仅因身份资料泄露，侵入者便能利用泄露的信息和AI合成技术，通过Gate的身份验证与风控，连续修改登录密码、更换绑定邮箱和Go0gle验证器、关闭手机验证码，最终完成大额提币;而平台事后又仅以一句“系统验证通过”把全部责任推给用户一一那么，这就不只是我个人的损失，而是所有交易所用户都可能面临的系统性安全风险

币圈用户通常注册少则数个、多则十几个交易所，个人身份资料被多平台收集，泄露风险客观存在。如果交易所把“资料验证通过”等同于“本人真实操作”，却无法识别资料冒用、AI合成和异常安全设置变更，那么任何将资产存放在交易所的人，都可能成为下一个受害者

今天发生在我身上的事情，明天也可能发生在任何一位交易所用户身上。恳请大家在核验事实的基础上持续关注、转发和监督，也请Gate停止推诿与拖延，以公开、专业、负责任的方式正面回应
