@centralbankuae@HSBC_UAE - I would like to complain about a really bad situation created by HSBC UAE. My account blocked without notification for updating my Emirates ID. Updated 1 week ago. Call center confirmed account would function normally in 24 hours. No access yet.
@HSBC_UAE - I’m very disappointed with the level of service. Updated my Emirates ID 5 days ago, spoke with customer service twice and it was confirmed both times that the ID was updated and my account restrictions would be removed. That was two days ago. Nothing done.
@EmiratesNBD_AE Your reply was that you are rejecting the credit. That’s of no help to me. The brokers need a letter that ENBD does not accept credits to the debit card. Which I find weird because it is clear in my statement that I used the same card to fund my account with the broker.
@EmiratesNBD_AE - the brokers require an official letter from you that you will not accept the withdrawals to the card and only to the account. I tried contacting the chat for help but they weren’t able to. Now I’m stuck.

@EmiratesNBD_AE - I need help with something. I’m a day trader and I used my ENBD debit card to fund my trading accounts with @xmglobal01 and @AvaTrade. Now when I want to make a withdrawal, they can only send it back using the same method I used to deposit but ENBD declines.
@EmiratesNBD_AE - I received notification of a credit to my account on the 29th of October but the funds have still not been credited to my account. Why such a long delay?
@bitoasis@CBB_News@varadubai There’s no call center number to take help from and when I go online for support, nobody responds for hours. I have the screenshots for this as well. The distress that this caused me is immeasurable.
@bitoasis - you leave me no choice but to complain to @CBB_News@varadubai - BitOasis has been harassing me for a week now. I’ve been following up to get my account verified (it’s already verified for tier 1). I did not ask to be moved to Tier 2 but you forced me to submit docs

@bitoasis@CBB_News@varadubai I even received an email saying I can cash out but when I log into my account, I cannot touch my holdings because the verification still appears to be under process. I’ve submitted, my ID, selfie, POA, bank statement. Everything that you asked for.
And it’s been stuck in verification for a week now. To make matters worse you sent me an email that says I can cash out my holdings but the account is still under review. It’s unreal!
@EXNESS - are you guys scamming your users? All of a sudden all my withdrawal requests are being rejected. Fully verified account and payment methods yet I cannot access my money.
