The main federal case (Walker v. Return to the Land et al., filed May 2026 in the Eastern District of Arkansas) is still pending. No final judgment, no dismissal on the merits, and no settlement has been entered. Nick is wrong yet again.

As of just a few days ago RTTL filed their answer and a motion to dismiss. The case is in the early procedural stages. RTTL's position remains entirely unchanged from the outside of their operation, being that they are a private membership association selecting members according to shared European heritage and traditional values (a private-club structure), not engaging in open real-estate sales that discriminate on race or other protective characteristics.

Whether that defense ultimately succeeds is for the court to decide, but the claim that they already “failed at the first legal challenge” is simply false. It's a demoralization psyop and the groypers are falling for it again.
