India’s position on the Indus Waters Treaty is not legal argument. It is performance.

The Treaty text is unambiguous. Annexure G, paragraph 2, does not require mutual consent for every arbitration. It provides two routes, joined by an “or”: (a) special agreement of both parties, **or** (b) request by either Party under Article IX(5)(b) or (c). Pakistan used the second route. The Court of Arbitration has repeatedly confirmed competence. India’s non-appearance does not erase that.

Calling the Treaty “in abeyance” does not create a new legal category. On 31 August 2026 the Court examined every ground India publicly advanced sovereignty, terrorism, demographic change, climate, renegotiation demands and unanimously held that none justifies unilateral suspension or termination. The Treaty remains fully in force. India remains bound by its design and operational obligations on the Western Rivers, including interim restraints on Ratle.

India’s response is to declare the Court “illegally constituted” and announce that its awards have “no effect.” That is not interpretation. That is repudiation of the dispute-settlement mechanism India itself accepted in 1960. A state that signs a treaty with a compulsory arbitration clause, then refuses to appear, rejects every adverse finding, and claims unilateral power to freeze the instrument when convenient is not defending sovereignty. It is treating international commitment as optional.

Selective quotation of paragraph 2(a) while ignoring 2(b) is not clever lawyering. It is the behaviour of a party that has already decided the outcome and is merely searching for a textual fig leaf. The Court has now stripped that leaf away. The Treaty is still binding. The obligations remain. The only question left is whether India will comply or continue to pretend that “ABEYANCE” is a recognised doctrine under international law.

It is not.

आज व्यक्ति अपने मौलिक अधिकारों को समझे या न समझे, वह यह अवश्य जानता है कि SC/ST एक��ट क्या है। तो मैं जब बोलता हूँ तो मुझे अपनी सीमाएँ (चाहे वह कितनी ही अनुचित क्यों न हों) पता हैं कि क्या बोलना है, क्या नहीं।

मैं जानता हूँ कि दिल्ली पु��िस के नॉर्थ अवेन्यू स्टेशन में आजाद समाज पार्टी वालों ने कितना दवाब दे कर रात के बारह बजे यह FIR लिखवाया है जो कोर्ट में दो मिनट नहीं टिकेगा। एक भी धारा ऐसी नहीं है जो होल्ड करेगी।

मैं सैनिक स्कूल का छात्र हूँ और इतनी रैगिंग झेल चुका हूँ कि मेरा मनोबल तोड़ने के लिए दिल्ली पुलिस को कस्टडी में मेरी हत्या करनी पड़ेगी, दो-चार डंडों से मेरा मनोबल नहीं टूटने वाला। और यदि मैं जीवित बच गया तो इसी स्थित�� में जंतर मंतर जाऊँगा और अपने समाज से कहूँगा कि बताओ, तुम्हारी बहन और माँ को ले कर कोई ऐसी टिप्पणी करे तो क्या करोगे?

यदि ऐसा कमेंट फिर मेरे वीडियो पर आया तो मैं पुनः उसी तरीके से उत्तर दूँगा जो मैंने दिया। कानून जब तक है, संशोधन ��हीं होता, मैं उसका सम्मान करूँगा और दिल्ली पुलिस के साथ पूर्ण सहयोग करूँगा। 92% ऐसे केस केवल प्रताड़ित करने के लिए होते हैं।

अंत में, सवर्ण समाज से यह पूछना चाहता हूँ कि क्या इस तरह की टिप्पणी पर मुझे सह लेनी चाहिए थी क्योंकि किसी पार्टी के लोग नाराज हो जाएँगे? क्या ब्राह्मणों की माँ और बहनें इन रेप मैंटिलिटी से संचालित गुंडों के शाब्दिक बलात्कार के लिए जन्म लेती हैं?

This is something all Indians must understand leaving behind politics and ideologies:

The massive boom in India's infrastructure in the last 10 years is undeniable. Be it highways, border roads, airports, trains, metros, or ports - there's a 100-300% increase compared to before. No joke.

I have not seen this level of development and building for decades before. Projects are not just announced but are actually being completed and inaugurated.

When you have this much infrastructure being built by thousands of contractors and companies, there will always be some issues come up. From bad quality here and there to delays in some.

It happens in every country. Even in the most developed and advanced ones like the very large US or very small Singapore. They too have leaking metro stations, roads that cave in, bridges that break, and trains that breakdown.

But only for India, there's a coordinated communist campaign being run online to blackpill Indians by lifting every issue around the large country, amplifying it as the worst that only happens in India, to destroy the credibility of India's development and government.

If you suddenly start building 100,000 kms of highways, using thousands of contractors and hundreds of companies, yes there will be a few kms of bad patch somewhere or a bad contractor doing a shoddy job.

Yet, that is being taken and amplified online to disillusion Indians about their own democracy, destroy their confidence, and derail India's development using their disillusionment. They are made to believe and say "Everything is bad, everything is corrupt."

This is being done in a coordinated way targeting India's youth primarily. Because the adversaries know India's youth have no past experience to judge. And they are the ones who will take India to the future.

They can be easily programmed showing only the glitzy images of Shangai & Shenzen to make them feel sad about their cities. They know by disillusioning them, and destroying their confidence, India's development can be arrested for a long time.

If you as an older adult understand this and the significance of the current infrastructure boom for the future, it is your responsibility to inform at least a few of the people you know offline about what's going on.

It's OK you get challenged, ridiculed, or even abused. Because we know the mental programming and blackpilling is that much these days. Yet, it is important to try make them understand for India's sake.
