Totally different. Fused layers need specialized hydrapulping tech to separate, which most standard local facilities don't have.

@SanderSassen Natuurkundig klopt het, klimatologisch niet. Airco's belasten het klimaat enorm door het gigantische stroomverbruik en de koudemiddelen (sterke broeikasgassen) die erin zitten. Plus: massaal gebruik zorgt lokaal in steden juist voor extra hitte (hitte-eilandeffect).
