Absolutely classic piss poor customer service from Verizon… The app online says I can do whatever is most convenient to return the phone. When I get to the store, as per my choice, I wait in line to be told they never take back old iPhones at the store. I have to go to UPS.
Wow, great work, @AmericanAir — late flight due to mechanical problem. I still made it to the gate for the connection, but American had automatically changed my flight to tomorrow and they closed the flight in my face rather than correct the pass.
