🚨do you understand what two Anthropic engineers just explained in 16 minutes.
Barry and Mahesh built Claude Skills from scratch.
here's the part nobody is talking about:
> Skills are just folders.
> folders that teach Claude your job.
> your workflow. your expertise. your domain.
Claude on day 30 is a completely different tool than day one.
watch this before you write another prompt.
before you build another agent.

Glass had 5 – 50× higher plastic than plastic or cans
The French tested water, soda, beer, iced tea, lemonade, and wine sold nationwide and found that glass-bottled beverages carried far more plastic shrapnel than plastic bottles or cans.

Your anxiety and depression get worse the less you act on your ideas.
Mental illness is metabolic stagnation—energy that wants to move through you but can’t.
Every idea that lights you up is your brain is trying to tell you "there's something here worth moving toward."
When you ignore that signal, when you postpone or overthink, the energy behind that idea has nowhere to go. So it turns inward and builds pressure.
Over time your nervous system adapts to that stagnation. Dopamine decreases and cortisol increases. Your body starts believing that staying stuck = safety.
And the longer you suppress your creative ideas and insights, the more restless, emotional, and ADHD you’ll feel. The mind becomes scattered because the energy meant for creation gets trapped inside it.
Eventually you realise your ideas aren’t random. They’re precise instructions from your intuition, each one designed to grow you into the next version of yourself.
When you act on them, you let your higher self move through your body. You literally feel lighter day to day.
So the next time you get an idea and it feels good, trust it. Because action is how you metabolise inspiration. This is how you dissolve negative thinking and self doubt.
Have the courage to let what needs to come out of you, finally come out.
Bitcoin is Not Bitcoin Anymore!
For anyone who entered the markets after 2022 or 2023, here’s something important to understand: the Bitcoin you know today is not the Bitcoin that was originally created.
#Bitcoin was invented in 2009 by the pseudonymous Satoshi Nakamoto, at the height of the global financial crisis. The purpose was clear
- To create an alternative to the banking system, which was seen as rigid, flawed, and unreliable.
- To give people control over their own money without depending on governments or financial institutions.
- To establish a transparent system where every transaction is recorded on a public ledger that can’t be altered or erased.
In its true sense, Bitcoin was a rebellion against central banks and government-controlled money.
But fast forward to today:
- Governments regulate Bitcoin across major economies.
- Institutions and banks have adopted it from ETFs to custodial services making it part of the same financial system it was meant to replace.
- Instead of a decentralized people’s money, Bitcoin is now a regulated, institution-controlled asset class.
That original ethos of Bitcoin, avoiding governments, avoiding banks, avoiding regulation is gone.
What exists now is a different version of Bitcoin, one shaped by compliance, institutionalization, and Wall Street adoption.
So yes, in its true purpose, Bitcoin is no longer Bitcoin. And that version will never come back.
The brain rewards repetition, not intensity. One perfect day doesn’t rewire anything. Ten imperfect but consistent days begin to reshape circuits. Frequency beats force. Repetition is what forges the loop.
Great win by team india. Resilience and determination from Siraj and Prasidh has given us this phenomenal victory. Special mention to Siraj who will put everything on the line for the team. Extremely happy for him ❤️

Try: Inhaling via your nose & draw the air “back” parallel to the roof of your mouth) not “upwards”. This reflexively engages deep diaphragmatic breathing which has numerous benefits for your brain & body. Done 2-3x/day you’ll start to default to it in sleep, which is beneficial.
