The murder of Signature Bank is very suspicious.

The collapse of SVB was legit.

But the forced demolition of Signature Bank -- when it was solvent -- under cover of SVB -- was not.

It would be like fighting in a war where one guy gets legit shot by the enemy, so you shoot another fellow soldier and hope everyone thinks the enemy did it. You use the cover of confusion to cloak your own misdeeds.
