Couldn't agree more - progress with DePINs is absolutely critical for the space, without it, “decentralisation” is just a slogan.

There is no need to reinvent the wheel - look at the UK's Critical National Infrastructure approach.

It outlines, protects and coordinates the resilience of "essential systems" whose disruption would severely impact national security, economic stability, public safety, and daily life. It does this through policy, regulation, and investment.

This can easily be adapted for crypto. We already know what the core infrastructure is - we need a coordinated effort to transition to their decentralised counterparts.

Our industry should prioritise the drive to fund, grow and support projects that can provide the security needed. This would be a win for Web3 and Web2.
