@cggyops @johnbrda Have you been following this at all? A huge pillar of this was that it was never supposed to trade. John did not have anything to do with the issuing. Why blatantly make a statement like that?

I am not trying to push you at all. I thought you were advocating for the community, which is what I am doing as well. I am trying to give you ideas and info that I have that might give you some ideas that are beyond my scope. We are not on opposite teams here, IMO. Also, as of now, the attorneys are not on contingency. I and my partners have been paying the bills out of pocket to the tune of about $500k until such time as the damage model can be fully baked out, for the good of ALL $MMTLP shareholders. There are about 4 or 5 different potential claims and now that $MMAT is more active, things should move quicker.

So if I understand you "guys" correctly, when a retail investor "purchases" shares of stock (you better read the SEC definition of a 'purchase' of a security very carefully), they are actually buying a "placeholder" for shares that really don't exist? Thats interesting -
a "placeholder" for a trading "placeholder" - wonder what a federal court judge would say to that. But while I have your attention, your compliance department must have approved $MMTLP to list on your platform, would you be kind enough to send to my office (or $MMAT's board of directors at the very least) all of the listing applications and other paperwork, including the financials your compliance department relied on when it approved $MMTLP to trade on your platform? That could help clear the air very quickly, and I will be the first one to explain that to all the "fucks" and "fuckers" that believe otherwise.
