I def think making decent money didn’t hurt. My husband was able to take a couple years off when the kids were babies. He was a stay at home dad and focused on his NFL broadcasting career which was only part time. That changed in 2020 when he left the Panthers and we opened our business - but it’s been nice that it’s always given our family options.

This makes me so sad. Is it a physically abusive situation or are you referring more monetarily wise? She mentions struggling for basic needs in her posts often. Is there a way to send grocery store gift cards or donate if that’s the case? Does he even work? I hate to donate to him but I don’t want to see her and the kids go hungry.

@min887 It’s a brilliant business decision. I know Walmart gets a lot of hate, but I haven’t shopped at Target in years because of their recent changes. They’ve really stepped their game up in every department. Look at this birthday cake I got from them on Sunday! And it was $17.99!!

Sam’s Club and Walmart just announced today that you get free Walmart+ with a Sam’s Plus membership and I know I’ve finally hit adulthood because I have been this excited about something in months.

We do have Instacart, but Walmart isn’t an option on there since they have their own delivery service now. I don’t use it all the time - but it’s SUCH a nice back up option to have. There’s so many times I need more than just groceries and I need them fast and without leaving my house lol. This was a brilliant marketing decision. Plus a free Peacock or Paramount+ subscription. They’re gonna make loads off my household lol.
