Was going to surprise my husband with tickets to @tomsegura for his birthday and the njpac sold out in only a few days 😭 now I feel like such a jerk after telling him I was planning a surprise and now have nothing. Anyone have thoughts of what I can do for him? 🤔

So to update everyone. I did dm and even tho the 1gbps service is available in my area I am stuck paying the same price for 300mbps internet services. Unless I want to pay $30 more a month 😂👍🏼 great customer service. THIS MAKES NO SENSE how do they not see the problem?

@1fairInternet When I threatened to cancel they told me that wouldn't make me eligible for the offer until after 30 days. Unfortunately they're my only option for internet and I can't go that long without needing to work from home. They know that we don't have other options in my area.

I'd like to know why I'm an existing @optimum customer and I receive an email for faster internet speeds for the same price that I'm paying now. I call to upgrade & its for new customers only. Guess they don't give a shit about their loyal existing customers. 🤯😂 not surprised.

@1fairInternet I did! And I asked for a supervisor he just wanted to transfer me to their promotional department "they'll tell you the same thing". 🥴 it was a pretty cringy conversation
