Herniated lumbar disks at 35, chronic shoulder pain by 45, chronic C7 herniation at 55, joy of 2 month “PT/steroid vacation” for multilevel DJD C-spine at 60. Now ~62, CMCs are unhappy; most days something hurts AM<PM. Don’t even start about call.
