Diversity lessons have been seen all over the school. History looked at LGBTQ+ History, Food made rainbow pasta, PSHE focused on what Diversity was & English discussed the compounded prejudice faced by people of colour who also identify as LGBTQ #Diversityweek2021 @JustLikeUsUK

@MrAFOsborne I spend most of my time between thriving and surviving I think. It is good to have this visual as a reminder of when we need to stop and reassess what we are doing. As teachers and SLT in particular I find it is easy to wander into the amber and red without realising it.

No plan of the day given & for a DHT position they were given a prop and told to plan a lesson they were expected to teach that day

What exactly do you learn from that to help appoint your DHT?
