Meet Lexi Kuenzle.

She’s one of the good ones.

Yesterday, in front of a nurses station — with 8 (eight) nurses & a PATIENT —

Dr. Matthew Jung said in front of everyone,

“I hate Charlie Kirk. He had it coming. He deserved it.”

Lexi, a registered nurse, was the ONLY one that spoke up: “You’re a doctor. How could you say someone deserved to die.”

Lexi said you could hear a pin drop & no one said anything, including the patient.

She reported the incident to management & — after she got home — posted about it & Dr. Matthew Jung on her private Instagram.

She received an email from her union representative saying that she needs to look for another job.

Lexi was also pulled into a meeting & is suspended without pay indefinitely pending an investigation.

Meanwhile, there’s no information on whether or not Dr. Matthew Jung is being reprimanded.

Lexi has filed a lawsuit.

I interviewed her over the phone & she said,

“I was deeply saddened over the assassination of Charlie Kirk. It was devastating to hear of the killing of an innocent father and I thought everyone would agree — especially a doctor whose purpose is to save lives.

In a time where personal social ideologies are often celebrated, especially if they align with popular progressive topics, I simply aimed to stand up for what is right. They tried to shut me up, but they’re not going to.”

Lexi hopes you will share her story & that’s why I’m sharing it with you.

The fact also remains that Dr. Matthew Jung should be held accountable for saying “Charlie deserved it” in front of a nurses station & a PATIENT.

What if the patient disagrees? Would Dr. Matthew Jung treat them? Would he treat them differently? Would he allow his emotions to cloud his judgement, as he did by saying such a statement in front of a patient?

Today CRPA is happy to announce the filing of the opening brief in Sanchez v. Bonta, a case challenging California’s total ban on suppressors. The brief was prepared by CRPA lawyers working alongside the law firm of Cooper & Kirk.

The lawsuit will decide the critical question of whether suppressors are “arms” in the Ninth Circuit, and thus subject to the full historical analysis laid out in Heller and Bruen.

Mr. Sanchez’s lawsuit began because he wanted to create and use a 3D-printed suppressor, so he applied for federal authorization to do so, but was denied because suppressors are illegal in California. He filed suit, but the district court dismissed the complaint with prejudice, erroneously concluding that suppressors are not “arms” protected by the Second Amendment because they are not themselves weapons, nor are they essential to the operation of a firearm.

Mr. Sanchez appealed, and after briefing was completed, on February 3, the Ninth Circuit issued an order stating that it was inclined to appoint pro bono counsel to represent Mr. Sanchez in his appeal and set a new briefing schedule. Rather than have an inexperienced court-appointed attorney take on this critical case, CRPA lawyers reached out to Mr. Sanchez to offer their assistance, as did the law firm of Cooper & Kirk.

Our brief argues that suppressors are extremely popular in most states, where they are legal so long as they are federally registered. The Federal Government itself has described suppressors as the only truly effective means of preventing hearing damage while using a firearm, and Californians should get that benefit too. More importantly, the district court erred because suppressors are plainly “arms” under the plain text of the Second Amendment, which covers “all instruments that constitute bearable arms”, and not just the part of a gun that fires.

We hope that the Ninth Circuit will see things our way.

@FBIDirectorKash @PamBondi The FBI illegally tried to force me to work for them while I was on supervised release for misdemeanor trespassing from January 6th, 2021.
Agent Lucas offered me massive cash payments 30k "off the books." When I refused reminding him that I was on supervised release trying to get away from whatever the hell he was bribing me to do, I was then threatened by FBI agent Lucas. Agent Lucas proceeded to tell me that I needed to read between the lines as he showed me the back of his hand stating that he was the kind of guy that would go talk directly to an Assistant United States Attorney (AUSA), he stated he could knock on the door of the AUSA & make things happen, another threat.

This happened in the Western District of Texas at the FBI building in San Antonio, Texas, in March 2023. I simply went to pick up my property that was taken during the raid on my home.

I was specifically told by Agent Lucas not to tell Judge, not to tell my probation officer, & not to tell my attorney. This is a violation of a number of my rights, including denial of the right to counsel. Not telling the court is a crime & not telling my probation officer would have been a reason for my probation to be revoked.

My attorney, Steven Metcalf, filed a motion in Dabney Friedrich's court notifying her of the illegal activity that the FBI had committed, which were blatant crimes. In that same motion, I gave a sworn declaration to the court about the activities that took place that day at the Western District FBI headquarters.

Judge Friedrich, being a radical communist piece of garbage, then proceeded to ignore the illegal activity & my sworn statement.

I lived in fear of the FBI gestapo tactics & what they might do or concoct to further destroy my life. I have lived this way every day for years because of their illegal actions, unmistakable threats, extortion, and bribery.

I would like to see @FBIDirectorKash and @PamBondi address this matter & hold these corrupt people accountable. I also made numerous attempts to report this to the FBI, including the Washington DC field office. I have lived through this corruption for years & the fear of what these people might do to me or my family.

By the way, I will provide the card here that was given to me illegally while trying to extort, bribe, & threaten me on that day. Sunlight is the best medicine so this is being handled publicy. Here is the card I was given by FBI Agent Lucas. I have the original card and I look forward to sitting down with you to review the RECORDED EVIDENCE.
You also be able to find that I have filed a form 95 and a Federal Tort Claims Act case with the Civil Rights division of the DOJ. Additionally I have notified the office of the Inspector General.

I can also prove that while on pretrial release I captured a federal human trafficking fugitive who escaped from prison. Incredibly after I had communicated with US Marshal Damien Fernandez to bring the escaped prisoner in for capture and he gave the information to the Department of Justice through AUSA Christopher Brown. The information was magically "lost." After numerous attempts to get Marshall Fernandez to tell the truth or give us an affidavit or something to prove that this happened he proceeded to tell me and my counsel that we were going to ruin his career and he was told not to talk about this matter. Then the putz Francesco Valentini lied to the court and said I was a liar and that none of this ever happened and there was no record of it happening. After 13 more months of their lies corrupt girly-man AUSA Francesco Valentini finally confessed to having the information in his possession the entire time just as I said. In an incredible attempt to deflect Valentini called me a vigilante in court. This is just a part of my story and what I went through for January 6th. You can't imagine what these people will do, the depths they will sink to & the crimes they commit which go unchecked.
