If you are just starting out, listen to experienced teachers. They may be a bit more cynical, and may have slowed down a bit from the manic pace of their 20s, but their experience is invaluable.

In 2010, 4 staff in Calums "special school" restrained him face down.

His injuries were horrendous.

He wet himself, so they forced him into a chair and stood over him with an egg timer as punishment

He doesn't want any child to suffer the way he did.

@justsendcb Personally I think it depends on need. I’ve applied for some with no length of time but lots of intervention/assessment. We try if possible to do two, which we count as two terms.
