@Ticketmaster finally got in after waiting for five hours and the options are horrible. What a truly terrible experience. Oh and $30 in fees per ticket, 🤦🏻♀️

@AmericanAir how is a customer supposed to know the difference between customer relations and customer support? I was told by customer support that customer relations had to help me. Customer relations only emails and takes days to get back with me and won’t solve my issue.
@SouthwestAir is the worst! Destroyed my sister’s luggage and completely broke my nieces car seat. My sister reached out to file a claim. They said they would do nothing and have her a 13 digit phone number to call. Apparently my nieces safety is of no concern for them.
