@MCU_Direct They both look weird. The Silver Surfer is a weird character if you think about it. I’m generally not into gender swapping, but in this case I don’t care. I think a lot of outrage is just to toe the line and get views. I don’t have high hopes for Marvel any more, so I plan to enj
Hey folks - I’m getting in early and I have a huge favour.
Can each and every one of you post a new post that says #NewZealandDay to send a public message that we will not be divided by race or politics.

@20th_Centurygal Prefer Dokken over Lynch Mob and so many great songs from the first three albums. Into the Fire, of course. Don’t Close your Eyes, Night Rider, Seven Thunders, The Hunter. All have great Priest-influenced riffs and George’s solos are intense and melodic. So good!

Some good points made by Damian Keyes. Young up-and-coming musicians need all the support they can get! @Spotify@eldsjal
@karengillan The Willy Wonka actor seemed to think that an evil chocolate maker who lives in the walls and is called the Unknown is ridiculous, but it seems genius to me, very compelling. That’s a villain that would lure children in with the promise of chocolate, then give them one jellybean.
@Rainmaker1973 I work for a company in Japan and employees who pass a yearly nicotine test (i.e. who can prove they don’t smoke) get an extra $50 in their wage every month.
#JoeSatriani is a stylist with his own sound, so it was interesting to see him play #VanHalen songs. It looked a little awkward, but not in a bad way. It's just difficult for stylists to copy. I think Eddie would have sounded similarly awkward trying to cover a Satriani song.
“I royally screwed up, which hurt like a thorn in my side, but I’ll get over it”: Joe Satriani says he slipped up playing Van Halen’s Mean Street on Howard Stern – but it’s taught him a valuable lesson about EVH’s tone https://t.co/k62xd2Vyqt
@historyrock_ I had my fill of both Metallica and Guns and Roses back in the early 90s where they were played everywhere all the time! I did listen to the first track on Chinese Democracy recently though and the first single from 72 Seasons was pretty good. They are both masterful rock bands.
@TraciiGuns “Who is the best?” will never get old because it generates views and clicks. It’ll only go away if people stop caring, but we all seem to have an inbuilt urge to rank things and then fight about them.
I can imagine fans of Dream Theater would be very happy today! Even myself as just a guy who follows the music news was quite shocked last night. Never in my wildest dreams did I think Mike still had a part to play in the production! (Sorry.)

@GuitarWorld Sounds like he was too young, stubborn, and idealistic to compromise when he should have. Being the guitarist in Kiss or Ozzy, these are not things to take lightly! Still, he made it doing his own thing, so I guess it worked out for him.
Things I heard in interviews which blew me away No. 1:
Randy Rhoads got his tapping lick in Flying High Again from @GeorgeLynch.
So cool to think that something from George made it onto an Ozzy record. I always wondered what kind of music they would have made together.
