So bought a brand new 2025 @GMC SierraHD - already have had 1 part replaced, currently waiting on a second part - and cannot tow until I get the second part.
I thought @GMC was supposed to be professional grade - but yet they can't put out a brand new working truck?

@GMC - what if this happened while I was actually traveling in my camper? Just stuck somewhere with no definitive date? Who would cover those costs? Is it unrealistic to expect my brand new 2025 truck to work?

Thanks Necia, but been there done that. Spent hours this past month with VZW. I am told I am already getting the best that I can ... so unless someone is lying, probably not worth spending more time when VZW just doesn't value customers that have been around for 2 decades.
