@comcast we are at 33 calls equaling 43 hours of phone time and 19 supervisor requested call backs and Zero returned calls. However, I have received 440 apologies. Outstanding customer service!!!
@comcast 6 weeks of no or scrambled service, a missed technical support appointment, 31 calls with a promise of 18 supervisor call backs and 0 calls from Comcast. A promise of a credit and nothing applies for issues over 2 months ago. Acceptable? I say no!

@Electrolux Would you consider 7 warranty trips, 7 days of disruption of home school of a special needs child and over 15 phone calls to your warranty department to fix a brand new oven that still burns food acceptable? I personally don’t think so! #disappointed
