@RACSurgeons women in surgery annual business meeting - equity is progressing with increasing representation of women in leadership in the RACS but we need to continue to breakdown barriers for women to entering surgical training

@PeckyDeSilva@RACSurgeons This is so true! Collection of diversity data is important for benchmarking and to interphase if there are any implicit biases in workplaces when there is any selection process or assessment processes (surgical/non surgical)
